Return and refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. 

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process
To start a return, you must first contact us at support@sondellhearing.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will bear the return shipping cost. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you are responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. 

5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [待定退款处理天数] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
